Where to begin

*First*

You must realize that you need a savior. Romans 3:10 states "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one". Why?  "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23).

*Second*

There is a penalty you will have to pay for your sins; this penalty is death and eternal Hell. Romans 6:23a tells us "For the wages of sin is death;". This death is separation from God and his presence. Read the verses below and see where you fit in.

Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Revelation 21:8 - But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

While you probably are not a murderer, whoremonger or a witch you have told a lie and it takes only one lie to be a liar. Have you ever envied someone else or thought an unclean thought? If so your fate is the same as the worse of the above: the lake of fire and brimstone. This Hell that awaits all sinner is eternal  Mark 9:43 calls this going into hell as into the "fire that never shall be quenched."

*Third*

While Isaiah 64:6 states "But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away", GOD STILL LOVES YOU SO MUCH THAT HE SENT HIS SON TO DIE FOR YOU!

John 3:16 "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

1John 4:9 "In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him"

Jesus Christ died to pay the penalty for your sins and rose from the grave so you could be saved. Romans 5:8 tells us "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." and Mark 16:6  proved Jesus overcame death, "And he saith unto them, Be not affrighted: Ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, which was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him."

*Fourth*

Salvation can come only through the grace of God through faith. Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." and Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord."

*Finally*

If you understand that you are a sinner with the fire of Hell as your future and the only way to escape this eternity in Hell is by faith believing in Christ and Christ alone for your salvation, you can be saved.

All you must do to be saved is to pray, confessing that you are a sinner. By faith believing Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for your sins and that he was buried and the He rose from the dead for your justification proving He was, is, and always will be God. Then ask Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins and come into your heart and be your Savior.

I want you to be assured that if you by faith believing asked Jesus to save you, you are saved for eternity. Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved". and 1John 5:11 "And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son".

Understand Eternal is everlasting.
