Last lesson abot how we see Israel’s history – This week is Israel’s history as Their LORD sees it –

The latter rains in due season

James 1:1 ¶ James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting. James sends this letter to Christian Jews who are scattered throughout the world.  Remember what Acts 2:5 states. Jews from every nation under heaven were in Jerusalem at time of Pentecost.

These Christian Jews were pressured into following the Law. They may have been considering that the nation of Israel would never be the nation God wanted then to be. I believe Hebrews and James were written to encouragement the Jews to continue living a life free of the bonds of the Law and to let them know that even though the nation of Israel was living in spiritual darkness The Lord’s promises were sure and would come to pass.

Joel 2: 23 - - James 5:7 - - - Isaiah 2:1-5

Jeremiah 24:7, 31-33 – The seed will be planted in fertile soil – Matthew 13:23

Isaiah 61:6, 11

Zechariah 8:20-23 – The fruit with the seed within it – The Gentile nations worship the Lord through the leading of the Jews.

When will this be – Revelation 22::3 – when the curse is removed.

Isaiah 66:23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD

Revelation 22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Ho 6:3 Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

Ecclesiastes 3:11 ¶ He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.

Isaiah 46:5-11  (V10: Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure)

The rain will come in due season as The LORD purposes

Israel’s future to God it is already their history.
